Contact

Bug reports are the most useful thing you can send. A tool that returns the wrong answer is a defect, not a matter of opinion, and it gets fixed.

How to reach us

General enquiries, bug reports and tool requests: hello@cadmeo.com.

Media enquiries: press@cadmeo.com.

There is no contact form, no ticket system and no account to create.

Where we are

A 100% remote team, so there is no office to visit and no postal address to write to. Email is the only route in, and it reaches the people who build the tools.

Reporting a wrong result

This is the one we most want to hear about. Every tool here states what it does and how it does it, so when the output disagrees with that description, one of the two is wrong. Include:

  • The address of the tool page, so there is no ambiguity about which tool.
  • The exact input you gave it. A copy-paste is better than a description.
  • What it returned, and what you expected instead.
  • Your browser and version, if the problem looks like a rendering or layout fault.

Because the tools run entirely in your browser, we cannot see what happened on your machine. Nothing you enter is transmitted or logged, so there are no server-side records to consult: the details you send are all we have to work from.

Requesting a tool

Requests genuinely shape what gets built next. The useful version of a request describes the job rather than the tool. What you are trying to get done, what you do at the moment, and where the current approach falls short. That says more than a name does.

We are more likely to build something that does one job properly than a variation on a tool already here. If an existing tool nearly covers your case, say which one and what is missing; extending it is usually the better answer.

Corrections to written content

The explanations, worked examples and FAQs on each tool page are written to be accurate, and they can still be wrong. If something is incorrect, out of date, or misleading, point at the specific sentence and we will correct it.

What we cannot help with

  • Recovering data. Nothing you enter is stored or transmitted, so if you close the tab before copying a result, it is gone and we have no copy of it.
  • Advice about your particular situation. The tools calculate, convert and validate; they do not give professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
  • Guaranteed response times. This is a small team and replies are not on a schedule.
